Water Damage in multiple rooms of the residence. Restoration crew responded to emergency call right away. Identified source of leak and installed machines in each affected room/area to begin drying process. Monitored equipment daily for 7 days to keep track of drying. Performed demo and removed cabinets where necessary to inspect for any moisture inside walls and avoid the growth of Mold. After confirming everything was dried 100% submitted the invoice to Lexington Insurance for payment. This was a claim based on an insurance settlement, insured did not pay anything out of pocket.
