WASHING MACHINE LEAK

Customer called, someone installed washer water supply line incorrectly causing water to leak all over hallway while using washing machine. Technicians inspected surrounding areas and found water had leaked from where washer was located (upstairs) into first floor causing ceiling to get wet along with living room below. Extracted water from upstairs hallway and removed part of the wooden floor. Also, removed part of the living room ceiling to avoid any MOLD from developing. Installed a couple of dehumidifiers and air movers to begin drying process. Applied antimicrobial. Monitored machines for 5 days until everything completely dried. Payment was settled and collected through responsible party business insurance since this was not the customer’s fault.
