Sunland Water Damage

Received after hours emergency call. Water coming from underneath bathroom sink. Mitigation Technicians inspected and found broken pipe from sink leaking. Water spread into Bedrooms, and common areas. Repaired pipe and extracted water from affected rooms.Removed damaged baseboards and cut open damaged walls. Removed flooring as well  Installed multiple machines to dry and began to monitor. Technicians found water had leaked through floor causing crawlspace to get wet as well. Technicians had to work underneath the house (crawlspace) to remove wet soil, turned over soil, and covered all affected areas with absorbent sand and other protective materials. Continued to monitor machines inside home for 6 days. Verified everything 100% dry, settled payment with Nationwide Home Insurance.
