Certified Mitigation Technicians arrived to customer’s home late at night. Water leaking through ceiling in Family Room area. Performed Demo on wall  and ceiling; found old pipe leaking. Inspected areas for moisture, found small damage. Even though damage was minor, dehus were necessary to dry areas and took 6 days to dry. Monitored and verified water 100% dry. Settled with Western Mutual Home Insurance for payment.
