Kitchen Supply Line Leak Granada Hills, California

Customer contacted our Emergency Water Damage Line requesting immediate assistance. Supply water line underneath Kitchen sink leaking causing water to go all over floors into several rooms inside the home. Plumber repaired line and mitigation technicians extracted all water from affected rooms. Mitigation Technicians removed baseboards and trim from walls. Removed kitchen cabinets located below/around sink. Detached granite countertop and double sink in kitchen. Removed tile floors from kitchen. Inspected flooring in other affected rooms/areas, not necessary to remove. Installed multiple dehumidifiers and air movers in all affected rooms to begin drying. Technicians monitored machines along with drying process for a total of 8 days. Due to the amount of water there was, it took a while to dry. Once verified everything dried 100%, collected payment from Liberty Mutual (home owner’s insurance).
