EMERGENCY WATER RESTORATION RESEDA, CALIFORNIA

Water Restoration specialists arrived to customer’s home and noticed the entrance to the home flooded. Water had come out everywhere. As they entered, the living room was flooded and so was nearby hallway along with other rooms. Found water coming from small pipe attached to toilet. Our Plumber repaired pipe right away to prevent any more water from leaking. Turned water off while repairing pipe. Once pipe replaced, technicians began to extract all the water from affected areas. During inspection technicians found floor in all damaged areas was very wet. Had to remove completely along with perform demo on walls. Removed lower cabinets in kitchen since those wet as well. Installed multiple dehus and air movers everywhere to dry water out. Monitored machines for 7 days and verified that everything was dry 100%. Safeco home claim, insured did not pay out of pocket.
