Emergency Water Damage Mitigation Calabasas, California

Water Damage in Bedroom and Living Room area.  Responded to Emergency call and sent technicians out right away. Upon arrival inspected, found wet areas and installed dehumidifiers and blowers to begin the drying process to avoid any further damage. Performed demolition of walls to inspect for moisture and inspect for any MOLD growth. Removed wooden floors and sent out for inspection to find out if floors could be saved or had to be replaced. Continued to dry affected areas & monitored for 7 days. Verified 100% dried areas and completed Mitigation. Payment was based on Insurance settlement (USAA Home Insurance), insured did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Worked hard to make this process as smooth as possible to homeowner/insured.
