Leak coming from Pipe underneath home in crawlspace. Mitigation specialists arrived and inspected and found water damage had spread into the inside of the home ( hallway and closet). Performed partial Demo and installed Dehus to begin drying process. Monitored and decontaminated. Verified everything 100% dry and settled payment with Farmers Home Insurance.
