DISHWASHER LEAK SHERMAN OAKS, CALIFORNIA

Dishwasher overflowed in customer’s Kitchen. Water flooded all over Kitchen area damaging base cabinets and wooden floors. Upon arrival, wooden floor had already lifted from the moisture. Mitigation Technicians covered surrounding areas to avoid any contamination or dust from getting into common areas. Technicians removed floor completely to check for any MOLD. No mold detected, proceeded with installing a few dehus and air movers to dry. Monitored machines on a daily basis for 5 days. This was a First American Home Insurance claim, insured did not pay anything out of pocket.
