Property Owner had leak by stair case area coming from ceiling. Certified water mitigation specialists arrived and began to cover roof with tarp first to avoid any more water damage. Installed Air Movers, Dehumidifiers and Air Scrubber. Applied Mildecide for sanitizing/odor removal. Used scaffolding for removal of drywall ceiling. Removed drywall from underneath staircase and used heat to dry marble floor. Monitored machines for 6 days to verify everything drying as needed. Verified drying. National General Insurance claim. Paid in full.
