Received emergency call from local business office. Leak coming from toilet pipe in restroom. Had plumber repair pipe; however, water damage present. Inspected nearby areas and found water had spilled through hallway into close by offices and other common rooms. Extracted Water from Carpet and installed dehumidifiers and air movers. Monitored for 5 days. No need to replace carpet since dried 100% and decontaminated. Travelers claim, business did not have to pay out of pocket. 100% satisfied.
