Business Water Damage Mitigation Corona, California

Commercial Building; cap broke at upstairs Women’s restroom. Water flooded on 2nd story and down to 1st floor. Offices damaged along with other areas of building. Extracted Water, Removed Carpet and Floors in every room, removed restroom toilet & sinks. Placed machines (air movers and dehumidifiers) all over affected area to dry. Monitored drying for 8 days. Removed affected ceilings, recessed lights, tile base, teared out drywall, cleaned part of walls, applied plant based anti microbial agent to more than floor perimeter.  Multiple experienced certified technicians used since big building had lot’s of damage. Once verified everything dried 100%, submitted invoice to Liberty Mutual Insurance and settled directly with them.
