LEAK IN KITCHEN

Customer had leak from underneath kitchen sink. Our plumber repaired broken pipe. Surrounding areas were damaged such as bedrooms and common areas. Mitigation Technicians extracted water for an entire day. On second day installed dehus and air movers to begin drying process. Some of the rooms along with Living room required removing the floors due to the amount of water moisture that went through. Technicians removed floors and installed machines to dry there as well. During inspection found crawlspace had also been affected. It was necessary for technicians to go underneath home and inspect. Installed 2 air movers underneath home to dry. All machines were monitored on a daily basis for 9 days. Removed baseboards from some of the rooms as well. This was a claim through American Reliable Insurance Company. Customer did not pay anything out of pocket for Mitigation Services received. A Public Adjuster was involved to assist and represent both insured and company throughout the entire process.
